Hiring managers and recruiters have the option of posting individual job posts or purchasing a placement bundle for multiple opportunities.

We encourage you to read our Job Board policy prior to posting.

We offer two types of placements to post*:

Standard Opportunity Listing

➤ Placement for opportunity listings on our job board - WOC at Work: Career Opportunities, for two (2) months

Amplified Opportunity Listing

➤ Placement for opportunity listings on our job board - WOC at Work: Career Opportunities, for two (2) months
➤ Includes logo promotion in one (1) Week with WOC weekly newsletter
➤ Special posting designation in the Featured section on the Opportunities webpage

 

You do not need to create an account to post on our job board.

*The option to post opportunities is open to the public and does not indicate an endorsement by WOC.

 
 

Placement Bundles

 

Interested in listing multiple jobs? We have bundling packages to simplify the listing process.

The following packages are available:

  • Bundle of 6 Standard Postings: $500 to be used within six (6) months; no more than four (4) concurrent postings.

  • Bundle of 12 Standard Postings: $1,100 to be used within twelve (12) months; no more than four (4) concurrent postings.

  • Bundle of 6 Amplified Postings: $750 to be used within six (6) months; no more than one (1) posting can be uploaded per two (2)-week period.

Frequently Asked Questions

 

  • In order to post a listing on our job board, a salary/salary range is required.

    WOC is committed to pay equity and salary transparency. Read more about our salary policy in our Job Board policy.

  • Account creation is not necessary to post on our job board. Accounts are for the membership community.

  • Kindly allow 24-hours for your opportunity to appear on WOC at Work: Career Opportunities.

    Postings occur on business days. Any posting purchased on a Friday after 5pm ET is posted on the following business day.

    Any listing that is not compliant with the Job Board policy will not be posted and no refunds are allowed.

  • New jobs are posted within 24-hours. All listings can be viewed here.

  • Only one (1) job position is allowed per post.

    Any posts with submissions of more than one (1) position will be edited at the discretion of WOC, to include only one job position.

  • Job postings are non-refundable and no credits will be issued.

    No duplicate postings are allowed.

    However, due to the chronological nature of the Opportunities Job Board if a second posting of the same position is made, the previous posting will be replaced entirely by the new posting made on the later date.
