An Executive Accountability Partnership Program

Overview

Check-in Chicas is an accountability program where professional women of color who have the same amount of work experience meet as peers who hold candid conversations, ensuring the other is holding themselves to the highest of standards:

  • a healthy work environment,

  • salary that matches experience level,

  • knowing when it is time to ask for a promotion or pursue a new job, when to speak up for yourself,

  • establishing your job non-negotiables,

  • troubleshooting in your current role,

  • sharing best practices, and more.

For those of you who have not yet participated in Check-in Chicas, we encourage you to consider the possibilities that stem from both having and being a strategic accountability partner for another woman of color.

Participants in Check-In Chicas™ will meet on a quarterly basis over the 12-month period to engage around issues of personal and professional development.
