Kathy Tompkins
Kathy is an experienced C-level advisor with a distinguished career in running mandates for senior leadership positions in critical growth sectors within financial services. She excels at assisting her clients through periods of significant growth and change by finding global leadership talent that ensures business continuity and cultural fit.
Kathy is dedicated to diversity and inclusion, with a particular emphasis on gender equality. Recently, she has focused on workforce transformation, exploring the new opportunities created by the adoption of AI. To enhance her understanding of reskilling, upskilling, and newly created jobs, she completed an Artificial Intelligence for Business Strategy course at MIT.
In addition to her work in financial services, Kathy has conducted search work in the non-profit sector. She is a board member of SKIP of New York, an organization that enables families with medically fragile children to live at home. She was also a long-term board member of UN Women.
Kathy received her MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and served as an advisor to their W.R. Berkley Innovation Labs.
